Tuesday, June 5:
Registration opens at 18:00 at the Academiegebouw (Academy Building) of the University of Groningen, Tuinzaal (Garden Room) at Broerstraat 5. There is a printable map for your convenience

Welcome Reception hosted by the City Council, the Province of Groningen, and the University for all presenters and attendees at the same location as above from 18:00 to 19:00.
Buffet Dinner for all presenters and attendees hosted by the Groningen Research School for the Humanities at the nearby restaurant "Het Feithhuis" Martinikerhof ZZ.10 from 19:00. A map from the reception location to the restaurant is

Wednesday, June 6:
Conference begins at 08:45 in Room A900, Broerstraat 9, left of the Academiegebouw (Academy Building) at the University of Groningen. An interactive map that will give you directions from your hotel is available

Friday, June 8:
Farewell Conference Dinner for all participants hosted by the International Society for Biosemiotic Studies and the Groningen Research School for the Humanities at nearby restaurant "Ni Hao" Gedempte Kattendiep 122 at 18:30. Saturday, June 9:
Round-trip Group Bus Excursion to Menkemaborg Museum and Gardens, hosted by the Groningen Research School for the humanities. The bus will depart from outside the conference building at 10:00 and return at approximately 13:30. Information about the Menkamabirg Museum and Gardens may be found
